Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and MagicBolt Private Limited (“MagicBolt”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in India. They govern your use of WayCRM, including the web CRM, the WayCRM Android app and the website waycrm.in (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business, and “you” means that business.

1. The Service

WayCRM is a WhatsApp-first customer relationship management (CRM) platform. It includes a team inbox built on the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, lead and contact management, pipelines, follow-ups, meetings, payments, subscriptions, automation, integrations and an Android app for sales teams. Features available to you depend on your plan. We may improve, change or remove features from time to time.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business purposes.
  • You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for all activity under your account, including by team members you invite.
  • Admins of your account control who can access what. You are responsible for the roles and permissions you assign.
  • Tell us promptly at contact@magicbolt.ai if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Free trial

We offer a 7-day free trial of the Starter plan. At the end of the trial, you need to choose a paid plan to keep using the Service. We may change or end the free trial offer at any time.

4. Plans, fees and payment

  • Fees for each plan are shown on our pricing page in Indian Rupees (INR) and are charged per plan, monthly or yearly, in advance.
  • Each plan includes the limits shown on the pricing page, such as the number of users and WhatsApp numbers.
  • WhatsApp message charges are separate. Meta charges for WhatsApp messages under its own pricing. These charges are not included in your plan.
  • If a payment is not made on time, we may suspend paid features until it is received.
  • We may change our prices. Price changes apply from your next billing period, and we will tell you before they take effect.
  • Fees already paid are not refundable, except where required by law.

5. WhatsApp, Meta and other third-party services

The Service connects to third-party services such as the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, Facebook Lead Ads, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, ZeptoMail and Firebase. Your use of these services is also governed by their own terms and policies.

  • You must follow the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy.
  • Message templates are approved or rejected by Meta, not by us.
  • Meta may limit, suspend or ban a WhatsApp number or account. We are not responsible for actions taken by Meta or other third-party providers, or for interruptions in their services.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages, including bulk WhatsApp broadcasts or bulk emails to people who have not opted in to receive them.
  • Send content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, hateful, obscene or that infringes anyone's rights.
  • Collect or use personal data without a lawful basis, or record calls without the consent required by law.
  • Upload malware or try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts.
  • Copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the Service, except as allowed in a written agreement with us.
  • Exceed published rate limits or use the Service in a way that harms other users.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Your data

  • You own the data you and your team add to the Service, including leads, contacts and conversations (“Customer Data”).
  • You give us permission to host, process and transmit Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data, and for getting any consent needed from the people it relates to.
  • You can export your data while your account is active. After your account is closed, we may delete Customer Data after a reasonable period.

8. White label and partners

If you resell the Service under your own brand, the white-label arrangement is also governed by a separate agreement between you and us. If you use the Service through a white-label partner, your plan, billing and support may be provided by that partner.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos and content, belongs to MagicBolt and its licensors and is protected by law. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription, in line with these Terms. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

10. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and we will try to give notice of planned downtime. Support is available by WhatsApp and email.

11. Suspension and termination

  • You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, do not pay fees when due, or if we are required to by law or by a third-party provider such as Meta.
  • When your account is closed, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should continue — such as fees owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular business result from using the Service.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MagicBolt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate MagicBolt for any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your Customer Data, your messages, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party policy.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that does not work, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and notify account holders of significant changes. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
